* To facilitate the building of Quality Relationships which promote, foster, increase and advance culture, education, health, welfare, and the economic status of
Carriacou and Petite Martinique;
* To increase the capabilities and capacity of community members to be involved in decision making that affect them;
* To enhance employment prospects through relevant educational and vocational training;
* To provide avenues which improve the health, welfare and well-being of low income families;
* To improve and enrich the standard of living through relevant community activities and financial assistance programs;
* To provide educational and cultural programs accessible to all members within the community;
* To facilitate the provision of opportunities for our young people to develop their potential;
* To solicit, collect and otherwise raise money for charitable, educational and benevolent purposes and to expend those monies for such purposes.
